OUR REFERRAL PROCESS
Family First Children Services, Inc. (FFCS) welcomes referrals from surrounding counties. Referring agencies can submit an online application for prospective children through our website or by submitting a referral by telephone, e-mail, mail, or fax. FFCS’ new online referral process permits referring agencies to complete 60 percent of the referral process, regardless of the time of day. We examine and evaluate referrals, to determine, if the needs of the prospective child can be appropriately addressed. The individual needs of the child and their birth family determines the length of placement. At FFCS, our goal is to exceed your expectations and provide a seamless and quality placement process.
Getting started is simple.
STEP ONE: Fill out the form below to start the first step in our referral process. We will email you a username and password.
STEP TWO: Review the instructions on your referral form, complete, and submit the referral form as directed in the instructions.
STEP THREE: Once you have received your username and password it will give you access to the remaining referral documentation. Please keep this information safe. Once you receive your confirmation email, you may access the remaining documentation on our secured website to complete the referral process.
STEP FOUR: Complete all documentation. An FFCS representative will contact you to finalize the referral process. Review the instructions on your referral form, complete, and submit the referral form as directed in the instructions.
