Volunteers


Our volunteers contribute their time, energy and skills to Family First Children Services, Inc., whether it is teaching the girls dance, helping a student with school assignments or assisting in various other ways. Family First Children Services, Inc. volunteers make a positive impact on our young clients, serving as role models for children and teens in our programs, many of whom have had very few positive influences in their lives.

Family First Children Services is a sponsor for Pathways To Success Foundation, our children engage in many diverse activities. Volunteers can provide tutoring/homework assistance or lead a six-week class in an area of the volunteer’s interest such as dance, art, yoga, cooking, basketball, or photography. Pathways To Success Foundation volunteer coordinator meets with volunteers, conducts orientations, and organizes projects based on the interests of our clients and the volunteer.

Volunteering Requirements: FFCS agency requires that all volunteers who will work one-on-one with the young people in our programs must be over 21 and are required to be fingerprinted and undergo a criminal background check.
